Bali Diving - Tulamben
DIVE BALI – TULAMBEN
Tulamben is located eastwards from Blue Season Zen Resort. It’s definitely worth while doing the drive (approx. 2 hours) as it’s known as one of the best dives you can make worldwide! The USS Liberty Shipwreck is probably the most easiest wreck dive in the world. Diving and snorkeling Tulamben has many possibilities. From wreck diving on the USS Liberty to wall diving at “Drop Off” and macro photography at “Coral Garden” and last but not least “Seraya Secrets”! All of them are shore dives and accessible for divers that did a Open Water Diver Course. Even the more experienced diver will be surprised about what the dive sites at Tulamben has to offer.
BIG FISH
The liquid world at Bali’s most popular dive site has lots of marine life to offer. Although there's not that much big underwater life to expore in Tulamben area, the resident Barracuda and Napoleon Wrasse are not so unusual and can be seen at the USS Liberty Shipwreck.

DIVE SITES - TULAMBEN
Tulamben has various dive sites to explore and easy to spend at least 3 days of diving in this diverse and fantastic underwater world. Tulamben is a perfect place to do a Bali Dive Safari with Blue Season Zen Resort. Wreck diving, Muck diving, wall diving... Tulamben simply has it all!
USS LIBERTY SHIPWRECK
Bali’s most popular diving location is just a few meters away from the parking lot. After we gear up we enter the water and the wreck is almost in front of you. Only 30 meters away from the shore, this wreck offers an experience that you’ll not forget with a large number of fish life, fantastic coral, sponges and fans.
After entering the water from the shore we will see the impressive stern and continue the dive on the starboard side. Normally we go sort or less around the ship depending on your air consumption. At the end of the dive we’ll see the garden eel on the port side of this incredible wreck and try to spot some crabs, shrimps and nudibranch during our 3 minute safety stop.

DROP OFF
A great wall dive with sometimes a visibility of 50 meters if you’re lucky! We start the dive from the shore, heading the wall after 5 minutes. The amount of small reef fish here is extraordinary and the hard and soft coral, fans and sponges are magnificent! Especially angelfish took over this great place. This dive is definitely a rewarding dive for the wall divers between us.

SERAYA SECRETS
One of Bali’s best dive locations when it comes up to Muck Diving Bali together with diving PJ. Heaven for underwater photographers and videographers looking for weird, strange underwater creatures. It’s the right spot to find Harlequin Shrimp and look closely for those Tiger Shrimp and Coleman Shrimp! Also schooling batfish at the artificial reef and lionfish. Not that much coral but a fantastic place for those that would like to be introduced in another, strange but very interesting underwater world.

CORAL GARDEN
A relaxing shallow dive right next to USS Liberty Shipwreck with a maximum depth of 16 meters. The reef is grown with hard and soft coral and is nice dive for underwater photographers if you like to see small fish and invertebrate life. Also this site is great if you want to snorkeling Bali with Blue Season Zen Resort.
